Telangana government gave administrative sanction of ₹22 crore for setting up an IT Tower in Nagavaram Shivar of Wanaparthy district. This would add to the IT Towers in few Tier-II cities of the State, such as in Siddipet.
According to the orders issued by principal secretary of the Information Technology department, Jayesh Ranjan on Tuesday (February 11, 2025), the IT tower will have a built up space of 25,000 sft (250 seats). It added that the vision of the government is to have a comprehensive socio economic development in the State and create employment opportunities for local youth.
