‘Lucky Baskhar’ OTT release: Dulquer Salmaan starrer starts streaming on Netflix

After its successful theatrical run, Lucky Baskhar has started streaming on OTT platform. Starring Dulquer Salmaan and directed by Venky Atluri, the Telugu film dropped on Netflix on November 28, 2024.

Lucky Baskhar is about what happens when a middle class bank employee begins to flout the rules to meet his family’s financial needs. Praised by critics and audience alike, the movie went on to bag over Rs 100 crore at the box office.

Released on October 31, 2024, Lucky Baskhar also stars Meenakshi Chaudhary and Saikumar. G V Prakash has composed the music for the movie. Set in 1989-1992, the film makes a reference to manipulation of the stock market and money laundering.

Lucky Baskhar turned out to be a comeback film for Dulquer and Venky Atluri after their underwhelming projects in King of Kotha and Vaathi/Sir respectively in 2023. Lucky Baskhar is also available in Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi and Tamil on Netflix.
