After the big fat Ambani wedding becoming the wedding of the year in 2024, news is that another richest family of India– Gautam Adani and his family are also set to host a wedding this year. Putting rumours to rest about his son’s grand wedding this year, Gautam Adani, the Chairman of the Adani Group, recently told media persons that his youngest son Jeet will tie the knot with his fiance Diva Shah on Februray 7, 2025.
Gautam Adani also shared that unlike the Ambani wedding which made it to the headline across the world, his son Jeet’s wedding to Diva will be a traditional and private ceremony. “We are like common people… His (Jeet’s) marriage will will happen in a very simple and traditional way,” Adani told the media persons while attending Mahakumbh 2025.
It is noted that while Gautam Adani often makes the headline for his works, his family prefers to keep a low-profile. Let’s have a look at the Adani women from one of India’s richest families:
1. Dr. Priti Adani

Gautam Adani’s wife, Dr. Priti Adani was born on August 29, 1965 in Mumbai. Dr. Priti Adani is a qualified doctor with Bachelors in Dental Surgery (BDS) and she heads Adani Group’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) works. Dr. Priti Adani is the Chairperson of the Adani Foundation, which is said to be her brainchild. Under her guidance and leadership, the Adani Foundation has been working in four core areas: Education, Community Health, Sustainable Livelihood Development, and Infrastructure Development. The Foundation is runs in 18 states across India and helps in uplifting 3.4 million people.
Priti and Gautam Adani have two sons together: Karan Adani and Jeet Adani.
2. Paridhi Shroff Adani

Gautam and Priti Adani’s ‘badi bahu’ Paridhi Shroff Adani is to Karan Adani. Paridhi and Karan got married in 2013 and they have a daughter named Anuradha Karan Adani. Apart from being the ‘badi bahu’ of the Adani family, Paridhi is a lawyer by profession; she is a partner at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM)– an Indian law firm which has headquarters in Mumbai– and works in Ahmedabad. Paridhi is the daughter of Cyril Shroff– an Indian lawyer and managing partner of CAM, and Vandana Shroff– who is also a partner at CAM, as per reports. Paridhi has a brother named Rishabh Shroff.
3. Diva Jaimin Shah
Gautam and Priti Adani’s to-be ‘choti bahu’ Diva Jaimin Shah is the daughter of diamond merchant Jaimin Shah of C.Dinesh & Co. Pvt. Ltd. Diva got engaged to Jeet in an intimate ceremony on March 12, 2023, which was held in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. While Diva is all set to join one of the richest families in India, she keeps a low-profile and not much is known about her. Meanwhile, her to-be husband Jeet Adani is Gautam and Priti Adani’s younger son. Jeet Adani studied from the University of Pennsylvania- School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, he is working in the Adani Group since 2019. Currently, Jeet heads the Adani Airports business and the Adani Digital Labs.
