Coldplay Tales: Deepika Padukone and Alia Bhatt’s hilarious bathroom adventure at the rock band’s concert | – Times of India

The popular rock band Coldplay will be performing in India after several years. They will be in Mumbai in January 2025, and the frenzy around the same can’t even be expressed in words. When an international band like Coldplay performs, even celebrities don’t leave a chance to catch a glimpse of them. Years back when Coldplay was performing in Berlin, two Bollywood beauties – Deepika Padukone and Alia Bhatt were in the town, and they made sure to catch the band live in action.
However, this isn’t the interesting part; the interesting part is the memory that Deepika and Alia have about the concert. In a ‘Koffee with Karan’ episode where DP and Alia came together as guests, the actresses recalled that it was during the Coldplay concert in Berlin when the two got time to spend together and a chance to know each other better.
Further, during the same episode Deepika Padukone revealed that when one not-so-popular song was being played, the actresses wanted to use the little ladies’ room. However, the line in front of the ladies’ washroom was too long, so the actresses decided to use the men’s loo instead.
A few men were standing before the washroom but the divas cut the line and it was one of the craziest experiences they had together.
Back in 2020, when Deepika and Alia appeared on the sixth season of Karan Johar’s famous talk show, both actresses were in a relationship but not married. Cut to the present time, they are not only married but have embraced motherhood as well. Alia and Ranbir welcomed their little bundle of joy, Raha on November 6, 2022, while Deepika and Ranveer stepped into the parenthood world recently, after the birth of their daughter on September 8, 2024. Both the families are more than elated to have their tiny tots in their lives.
