Digital platform launched for estate management

Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a modernised digital platform for management of its assets such as municipal markets, shopping complexes, model markets and leased lands. Titled ‘Estate Management System’, the app was launched by Mayor Gadwal Vijayalakshmi during GHMC’s Standing Committee meeting recently. The app facilitates online payment of lease and rent amounts by the leaseholders, fostering transparency, accountability and efficiency, a statement from GHMC said. Demand, collection and balance details will be shown real time in the app, which facilitates monitoring from field level up to head office, the statement said.
