British world No. 10 Georgina Kennedy snapped Anahat Singh’s spectacular run at the Canadian Open squash as she beat the reigning National champion 11-5, 11-8, 12-10 in the semifinals of the $96,250 PSA Silver event in Toronto on Wednesday (October 29, 2025).
Praising Anahat’s game, Georgina, the fourth seed, told the PSA website, “She’s (Anahat) had a great tournament this week and I said to my coach back home that she’s such a natural player, you can’t coach that deceptive swing that she has and how she moves the ball around. She was maybe a little tired from the week which is to be expected.”
