\u201cMamata Banerjee has emerged as the modern Jinnah\u00a0of India and TMC\u00a0is playing the same role that the\u00a0Muslim League used to do before India\u2019s Independence. Mohammad Ali Jinnah used to spread tension and speak lies; she is doing the same thing. The way two days\u00a0back, TMC goons attacked the house of a Hindu it proves\u00a0that TMC is Muslim League of modern India,\u201d he claimed.<\/p>\n

Mr. Chugh alleged that she is insulting the Constitution and its federal structure. \u201cShe is wearing the mask of secularism for mere vote-bank politics,\u201c the BJP leader added.<\/p>\n

Asked about Rahul Gandhi also calling the Waqf Act \u201canti-Muslim\u201d, Mr. Chugh said: \u201cRahul Gandhi is a retarded child. I want to ask him whether Pasmanda Muslims should get their rights or not? Does he want\u00a0to give the Waqf money benefit collected through Zakat to the land\u00a0mafia?\u201d<\/p>\n

He also made a scathing attack on the Congress and its allies, mainly Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD).<\/p>\n

Lashing out at INDIA leaders, Mr. Chugh said the parties of the \u2018Indi\u2019 alliance have worked to crush the rights of the backward and deprived sections for years and have conspired against the ideas of Ambedkar.<\/p>\n

\u201cParties like Congress and RJD, which call themselves protectors of Dalits and backward, are actually their biggest betrayers. These parties committed the sin of hanging the reports of Kaka Kalelkar Commission (1956) and Mandal Commission (1980) for years and opposing them in Parliament. From Nehru to Rajiv Gandhi, the Congress leadership opposed reservation and today RJD is worshipping the same Congress,\u201d Mr. Chugh said.<\/p>\n

He further alleged that Rajiv Gandhi\u2019s anti-reservation speech in Parliament on the Mandal Commission report and Rahul Gandhi\u2019s advocacy for abolition of reservation on foreign soil expose the mindset of the Congress and its real attitude towards the backward classes.<\/p>\n
