\n CBI has arrested three accused persons, including a Senior Divisional Electrical Engineer (Senior DEE) and a Senior Section Engineer (SSE), on graft charge.

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has arrested three accused persons, including a Senior Divisional Electrical Engineer (Senior DEE) and a Senior Section Engineer (SSE), on graft charge.<\/p>\n

Subsequent searches led to the seizure of about \u20b963.85 lakh in cash, gold bars and ornaments worth close to \u20b93.46 crore.<\/p>\n

The arrested accused have been identified as Saket Chand Srivastava, Senior DEE (Gen.); Tapendra Singh Gurjar, SSE, the Divisional Railway Manager Office (Delhi); and Gautam Chawla of Vatsal Infotech Private Limited.<\/p>\n

The others named in the case as accused are Arun Jindal, SSE (In-Charge of Tender Section), Electrical \u2013 G Branch, DRM Office; Vatsal Infotech; Shivmani Enterprises and its director Saket Kumar, and unknown others.<\/p>\n

The alleged bribe amount involved in the case is \u20b97 lakh for extending favour to a private company.<\/p>\n
