Jack Quaid and Zazie Beetz announced the nominations for the 96th Academy Awards on Tuesday morning, with “Oppenheimer” sweeping up 13 nods, surprising no one.
The atomic blockbuster was followed by “Poor Things” with 11 nominations, while “Killers of the Flower Moon” and “Barbie” also had good showings.
The awards ceremony will be held on Sunday, March 10, at 7 p.m. Eastern at the Dolby Theatre at Ovation Hollywood. It will be televised live on ABC.
