Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar informs the house that he has received noticed under Rule 267. “This house is unique…the chair supposed to only reflect on what is relevant. The world watches our democracy. Yet we fail our citizens through our conduct. These parliamentary disruptions broke public trust and expectations. Our fundamental duty to serve them lie neglect. Where dialogue should prevail we witness only chaos. I want every Parliamentarian, irrespective of their party, to reflect on their conduct.”
Before adjourning the house to meet at 12 noon, Chairman Mr. Dhankhar invited Leader of the House JP Nadda and Leader of Opposition Mallikarjun Kharge to meet him.
