Kovai Sathyan to head AIADMK IT wing

AIADMK general secretary Edappadi K. Palaniswami on Wednesday named Singai G. Ramachandran as the secretary of the party’s students’ wing, and M. Kovai Sathyan as the president of the Information Technology (IT) wing. Mr. Palaniswami appointed former Chennai Central MP S.R. Vijayakumar as the party’s deputy propaganda secretary, and Kovilambakkam. C. Manimaran as the deputy secretary of ‘Puratchi Thalaivi Peravai’. Earlier, Mr. Ramachandran, who had contested in the 2024 Lok Sabha election from the Coimbatore constituency, headed the party’s IT wing, and Mr. Vijayakumar was the secretary of the students’ wing.
