The Department of Social Welfare will organise tours to Deeksha Bhoomi in Nagpur, Maharashtra, for pilgrims belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.
Deeksha Bhoomi is a sacred monument of Navayana Buddhism. It also hosts a memorial to Dr. B.R. Ambedkar.
