Chief Secretary Sarada Muraleedharan called on Governor Arif Mohammed Khan, who has been reassigned to Bihar, at the Raj Bhavan on Saturday and presented a memento on behalf of the Kerala government.
Additional Chief Secretaries Davendra Kumar Dhodawat and K.R. Jyothilal and State Protocol Officer Hari Kumar were present on the occasion.
Director General of Police Shaik Darvesh Saheb called on the Governor on Saturday. Mr. Khan also had a photo session with the Raj Bhavan staff.
Mr. Khan is scheduled to leave for New Delhi via Kochi on Sunday. Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar, who succeeds Mr. Khan as Kerala Governor, is expected to arrive here on January 1 and take charge on January 2.
