AirAsia, a budget airline, has entered into a strategic partnership with the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) as the team’s official airline partner for the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 season.
Amanda Woo, AirAsia Group chief commercial officer said, “We see many synergies that are aligned with our brand. Partnering with the formidable Sunrisers Hyderabad is an exciting step for AirAsia, as we continue to bridge distances and bring people closer to the experiences they love”.
“This partnership with SRH is set to deepen our engagement, particularly in vibrant cricket-loving second- and third-tier cities such as Calicut, Trichy, Guwahati, Jaipur, and Lucknow. As we jointly step up to the pitch for exciting innings this season, fans can expect us to elevate this partnership in the months ahead,” he added.

AirAsia would launch exclusive fan engagement initiatives with exciting giveaways, interactive contests, and special travel promotions to bring fans one step closer to their favourite team, as per a press release.
Additionally, AirAsia will offer a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for lucky winners to attend an exclusive SRH practice session before a key match, along with other exclusive opportunities throughout the season.
