The A.P. High Court on Thursday (February 20) dismissed the anticipatory bail petition filed by former MLA Vallabhaneni Vamsi Mohan in the case of the attack on TDP office in Gannavaram that took place two years ago.
The court advised Mr. Vamsi Mohan to approach the court of the Special Judge for Trial of SC & ST Atrocities cases in Vijayawada to avail legal remedies.
Arguments over the petition filed in that special court to give Mr. Mohan to police custody for 10 days to question him about the alleged kidnap and attack on Satyavardhan, a key witness in the TDP office attack case, concluded on February 19.
