Even as political parties gear up for the Bihar Assembly election, due later this year, the Election Commission of India has announced a drive to revise the voter list in the State. With just a month’s time for 7.90 crore adults to fill in the enumeration forms, the entire State machinery has been deployed to carry out this exercise. Sobhana K.
