Russian drones swarmed on the Ukrainian capital Kyiv early on Tuesday (November 25, 2025), striking at least one residential building, officials said.
Mayor Vitali Klitschko, writing on the Telegram messaging app, said a building had been hit in the Pechersk district in the city centre.
Pictures posted on unofficial channels showed parts of a building ablaze. Klitschko also reported disruptions to the city’s power and water supplies.
