“So I live in an older building on a lower floor. The walls for the most part are great but when it’s windy there’s this banging sound outside and it would wake me up every time it was windy. I couldn’t take it anymore and regular headphones are too uncomfortable so I decided to buy these for the reviews and it was 10000000% worth it.
I tried the medium buds it came with and I found that good but when I switched to XL that was the sweet spot (side note does that mean I have big ear holes? much to think about). With the XL I cannot hear one thing. nada. Well I still hear my alarm clock fortunately or unfortunately.
The best part is that they are SOOO comfy. I cannot even tell they’re in when I put them in right. If you are having trouble getting them to stay in try the different sizes and make sure you look at the photos on how to twist them in.

“These ear plugs work great! I work overnights so I sleep during the day, and I’m super sensitive to noises like family members talking in the other room, tvs blaring, air conditioners blowing etc. which makes it hard to fall asleep. These ear plugs block out all but the loudest noises while still being clear enough to have a conversation with someone in the same room. They’re super lightweight and small enough not to bother my ear canals and are super comfortable to the point where you can barely tell you’re wearing them. I’ve only had them for a few weeks, but they seem pretty durable. I honestly wish I would’ve bought them years ago, if things like electrical noise or fans turning bother you, I highly recommend giving these a try!” — John
“These ear plugs are amazing. They are effective at sound dampening and are very comfortable to wear. Other ear plugs have bothered my ears after a while, making it difficult to sleep. These are super comfortable and come with multiple ear pieces so they can be individually sized. The carrying case make them perfect for travel and attending noisy activities. They also last and last. I have not had to replace a pair after near daily use for several months. They also clean easily, if needed. “I love these loops. I bought them because I have some sensory issues, I can get overwhelmed, and I am migraine prone, so I have occasions where noise in general is just, not it. At all. To the point where I can hear the lights in my apartment and my roomie watching TV and I hate it. In comes these. They are super comfy, they have a bunch of fit options so they stay in great, I can even sleep in them if I have migraines without them bothering me! (This is where noise canceling headphones fail me because (1) I have a number of ear piercings that they agitate but loops feel just fine around my daith and (2) you can still hear noise canceling headphones if you are sensitive/ over stimulated enough.) I carry these with me everywhere, and I can use them in public if my headphones aren’t doing it for me that day, libraries and coffee shops for studying in particular, or at home if I just don’t want to with the random noises apartment life brings. Also, they have this really nice smooth and non-poreous texture, so on days when things feel weird to my skin, I can still use these. 10/10 would recommend for a multitude of reasons and uses. At a fraction the cost of other solutions and without bluetooth connectivity, they block out the snoring enough that I can sleep right through it!
