Man killed in a hit-and-run case in Hyderabad’s Narsingi 


A 30-year-old man, identified as Srinivas, an employee at Mount Litera School in Manikonda, was killed after being hit by an unidentified vehicle in Narsingi on Sunday (February 2, 2025)) night. The incident was reported around 10.30 p.m. while he was walking home from a grocery shop in Vivekanandanagar Colony in Narsingi.

According to the police, an unknown vehicle hit Srinivas from the rear, and he fell on the ground. A local resident, Kumar, witnessed the accident and immediately called for an ambulance. However, paramedics declared Srinivas dead at the scene. Kumar then used Srinivas’s mobile phone to inform his wife, Shirisha, and his brother about the incident.

Following a complaint filed by Shirisha, the police have registered a case. The body was shifted to Osmania General Hospital for a post-mortem examination and investigation is underway to identify the vehicle involved in the accident.
