Zendaya is reportedly set to return for ‘Spider-Man 4‘ with boyfriend Tom Holland. The actress, who plays the role of Peter Parker’s love interest, MJ, is reportedly returning to the franchise that is currently in the works.
This update comes shortly after reports confirmed that ‘Euphoria’ Season 3 has been delayed.The show’s creator, Sam Levinson, is reportedly still working on the scripts for the third season of the HBO smash-hit and has reportedly given the cast and crew permission to pursue other opportunities.
The network told Deadline, “HBO and Sam Levinson remain committed to making an exceptional third season In the interim, we are allowing our in-demand cast to pursue other opportunities.”
Reports of ‘Euphoria’ getting ready to go on floors began doing the rounds after lead actress Sydney Sweeney, hinted that they would begin filming the third season ‘soon’. This prompted speculation that the show would be released by 2025.
It has already been over 2 years since Euphoria was renewed for a third season.
Meanwhile, as far as ‘Spider-Man 4’ is concerned, it remains to be seen how the MCU will carry forward the storyline, especially after the events of ‘No Way Home’ where the world ‘forgets’ that Peter Parker is Spider-Man. Rumours are rife that the film could start the ‘next chapter in his story’.
“This story point can be compared to Robert Pattinson’s Batman in The Batman,” The Cosmic Circus, insider Alex Perez shared.
Meanwhile, other rumours suggest that the Spider-Man universe may just expand with the inclusion of ‘Daredevil‘ and ‘Ant-Man’. While Charlie Cox‘s Matthew Murdock was already introduced into the Spidey franchise as his lawyer, it remains to be seen how the film will set up the plot for the next ‘Avengers’ movie.
