Shah Rukh Khan ditches security as he goes shoe shopping with Suhana Khan – WATCH | – Times of India

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan was spotted enjoying some downtime together with his daughter Suhana in New York City. The father-daughter actor duo, who is currently undergoing training for their upcoming film ‘King’, was spotted making a rare public appearance, while spending their day shoe shopping.
Dressed casually in a tee and jeans, SRK was seen without his bodyguards, looking at some a new shoe collection. The actor and his daughter were then seen helping themselves to trying out different pairs.
We can only wonder if the sporty footwear was for Suhana as she has reportedly begun stunt training to perfect her role in the film. Rumours are rife that their visit to the Big Apple may be related to preparations for this highly anticipated project.

This spotting in NYC comes after the two were spotted in London. Both Shah Rukh and Suhana were seen indulging in a little downtime together, playing cricket with a group of people, believed to be their family members.

‘King’ will see Shah Rukh working with Suhana for the first time on-screen. Shah Rukh confirmed the project in a recent video, where fans noticed the script on his study table. It is said that the film will see Shah Rukh playing the role of a gangster, with Suhana playing his protege. ‘King’ is expected to start filming later this year, with a planned release in 2025.

The film is crucial for both SRK and Suhana as the movie will mark the actress’ first theatrical release since making her debut last year with the OTT film ‘The Archies’. Shah Rukh, on the other hand, has a lot riding on the film as it will be his first major release since his blockbuster year at the box office release last year with the releases of ‘Pathaan’, ‘Jawan’ and ‘Dunki’.
