The trailer of the upcoming Malayalam film, Machante Maalakha, starring Soubin Shahir, Dhyan Sreenivasan, and Namitha Pramod, was released by the makers today. Directed by Boban Samuel, the film is set to release on February 27.
In the trailer, Soubin’s character, a bus conductor, falls in love with a woman (Namitha) he meets on his bus and marries her. Things soon turn complicated and friction arises between them. Dhyan plays the crucial role of a lawyer when the matter is moved to court. The trailer promises a heartfelt comedy drama that will make us smile, laugh and even shed tears.
The cast of Machante Maalakha also features Dileesh Pothan, Lal Jose, Shanthi Krishna, Manoj K U, and Vineeth Thattil among others. The film has a a story written by Jexson Antony, with a screenplay and dialogues by Ajeesh P Thomas.
With music composed by Ouseppachan, the film has cinematography by Vivekh Menon and editing by Ratheesh Raj. Abraham Mathew produces the film under the Abaam Movies banner.
