Kavita Kaushik recently lauded Vivek Oberoi on his reported net worth of Rs. 1200 crore. She also seemingly took a dig at Salman Khan without mentioning his name.
She wrote in the post, ‘A superb actor, stoop up for his woman, fought against the biggest speaking truth…. but we as a country are charmed with Swag, dadagiri and roasting.’ Netizens were quick to decode her tweet and link it to Salman.
Netizens also dug up Kavita’s tweets from 2015, where she had praised Salman. It’s believed her opinion of him changed after her time on Bigg Boss 14 in 2020, when she faced heavy criticism. Kavita had mentioned that Salman never listened to her side of the story during the show.
Kavita had multiple fights with fellow contestants after entering Bigg Boss 14 as a wild card. She made headlines for her intense arguments with Eijaz Khan. However, it was a heated clash with Rubina Dilaik and Abhinav Shukla that led her to voluntarily leave the show.
Earlier this year, Kavita Kaushik decided to quit the TV industry for good, citing its ‘regressive’ content as the main reason for her departure.
