Kinetic Green aims to double its sales volume in FY26 via new launches


Kinetic Green President, 2-wheeler business, Pankaj Sharma says that they are planning to have 550 showrooms across India by March 2025. 

Kinetic Green Energy and Power Solutions Ltd., is betting on two new Electric Vehicles to more than double its sales volume in the next fiscal by launching two new vehicles and opening more showrooms, said a top executive.

“We launched e-Luna some 8-10 months back and have sold 17,000 units till October 2024. For the remaining five months, we are planning to sell about 28,000 units, taking the total to 45,000-50,000,” President, 2-wheeler business, Pankaj Sharma said during an interaction.

“The next fiscal, we are aiming to more than double it. We started with a small base and the sales numbers are set to rise with the launch of more showrooms in the country,” he said.

Mr. Sharma was in the city to open two new showrooms taking the total to 352 pan India and they hope to close CY25 at 375. Ultimately, the company plans to have 550 showrooms by March 2025.

According to him, on the anvil are the launch of new variant of e-Luna called eZwag in January 2025 and high-end personal family scooter eFlex by February/March 2025.

Currently, Kinetic Green portfolio consists of low powered eZinc, eLuna and eZulu. eZwag will come on the same eLuna platform. It will be powered by 2-3 kwh battery and promises a mileage of 125 km. It will have a long single seat.

]Talking about eFlex, he said it would be a brand new segment and would compete with the likes of Bajaj Chetak and TVS iQube. It will be powered by 2-3 kwh battery and expected mileage on a single charge is 130 km.

Mr. Sharma said that Kinetic Green aims for 50% women participation on assembly lines for 2 & 3-wheelers and golf carts at their plants. Besides, e-Luna will feature a 100% women-led assembly line. A goal of 40% women representation has been set for mid and senior management roles.
