Bandland 2026 unveils lineup; Muse, Train, Karnivool, Scribe, and more to perform

BookMyShow Live on Wednesday (October 15) unveiled the lineup of the upcoming 2026 edition of its celebrated festival Bandland, which is all set to take place on February 14th and 15th, 2026, at NICE Grounds, Bengaluru. A celebration of bands, Bandlands has featured some of the greatest bands from the international and national arenas.

Notably, the upcoming edition of the festival will be led by two of the most iconic names in modern music who are making their India debut: undoubtedly one of Britain’s biggest rock exports, Muse and the globally-acclaimed pop-rock band, Train.

Muse is a band that has redefined the sound and spectacle of rock with anthems like ‘Uprising’, ‘Starlight’ and ‘Knights of Cydonia’. Known for its stadium-shaking visuals and explosive energy, Muse’s music fuses symphonic ambition, electronic chaos and cinematic storytelling into electrifying performances that transcend music itself. Meanwhile, the Grammy-winning legendary pop-rock band, Train, known for timeless hits ‘Drops of Jupiter (Tell Me)’, ‘Hey, Soul Sister’ and ‘Drive By’, have sold over 30 million tracks worldwide. Train brings their soulful melodies, magnetic stagecraft and arena-sized charm for the first time to India at Bandland 2026.

In a statement to the press, Naman Pugalia, Chief Business Officer – Live Events, BookMyShow, said that Bandland aims to be more than a music festival. “We wanted to build a cultural space where people could rediscover what rock truly stands for. Over the last few years, we’ve seen generations converge here, young fans discovering the sound of raw guitars and live energy for the first time, while others return to the music that shaped who they are. It’s been heartening to see this appetite for live rock evolve into something larger, a shared sense of belonging that stretches across age groups, sounds and stories. This year, as Bandland grows beyond Bengaluru with Bandland on Tour, we’re not just scaling an IP, we’re expanding a home for everyone who finds a part of themselves in this music,” added Naman.

Also making it to the grand stage are Australia’s progressive rock titans Karnivool, known for delivering time-bending rhythms, seismic soundscapes and controlled chaos. Known for albums such as ‘Themata’, ‘Sound Awake’ and ‘Asymmetry,’ the band is all set to release their newest album, In Verses, a week before Bandland 2026.

Pioneers of the self-described genre “Scribecore”, Scribe, a no-holds-barred blend of modern metal and hardcore that’s entirely their own, will also perform in the festival. Their breakout track ‘Dum Hai Toh Aage Aah’ earned an MTV VMA nomination in Belfast, while their album Mark of Teja swept six Rolling Stone Metal Awards and landed them the magazine’s first-ever metal cover in India.

Girish and the Chronicles, GATC, is also in the lineup. Heavily influenced by classic rock and metal bands of the 1970s and 1980s, the band calls Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, Deep Purple, Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath and Guns N’ Roses as their inspirations, having opened the show for legendary Guns N’ Roses in Mumbai this May.

The lineup of Bandland 2026 also features Pinkshift, the Baltimore trio redefining modern rock with their fiery fusion of punk, emo and grunge. Meanwhile, Cardiff’s thriving underground, James and the Cold Gun, will bring their raw, high-voltage music, which blends jagged riffs, soaring hooks and unflinching honesty.

Adding to the mix are The Sophs, an LA-based rising six-piece, bringing a fearless, collaborative spirit with breakout hits like ‘Death in the Family,’ and The Thing, New York’s loudest love letter to old-school garage rock.

Bandland 2026 will also spotlight some of the country’s most dynamic voices — Sen, Mali, Tejas, Sahil x Tariq Vasudeva, The Lightyears Explode and Komodo Jane.

This year, Bandland will scale beyond the two-day festival with ‘Bandland on Tour’, which will bring marquee acts to new stages and expand the community. The first act under this banner is from Tom Morello, who will perform in Gurugram (December 17th, HUDA Gymkhana), Mumbai (December 19th, MMRDA G-Txt Grounds) and Bengaluru (December 21st, Phoenix Marketcity, Whitefield), with many more genre-defining acts yet to come.

The Pre-Sale of tickets for the festival will go live at 12 PM (Noon) IST today for RuPay Credit Cardholders, while the General On-Sale of tickets will go live at 1 PM IST on October 17th, 2025, exclusively on BookMyShow, India’s leading entertainment destination.
