New look: India will don this jersey in the T20 World Cup.

With the Men’s T20 World Cup two months away, former India captain Rohit Sharma unveiled the national team’s jersey for the marquee event during the mid-innings break of the second ODI against South Africa at the Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Stadium in Raipur on Wednesday (December 3, 2025).
Rohit was joined by Tilak Varma for the presentation, during which Devajit Saikia, BCCI secretary and Vijay Chauhan, GM of Adidas India formally handed over the World Cup jerseys to the duo.
Rohit — who led India to the T20 World Cup title in 2024 — has also been named Tournament Ambassador for the 2026 edition, which will be jointly hosted by India and Sri Lanka.
