Eleven persons were injured in jallikattu at Sundaram village near Ponnamaravathi in Pudukottai district on Thursday.
A total of 528 bulls were released during the event, in which 93 tamers participated. Eleven persons — seven spectators and four tamers — were injured during the event. All the injured were treated at the venue, said the police sources.
